Growing up, Caroline Sampson spent most of her time in different houses — her parents’ careers as real estate appraisers influenced her to pursue her own interest and passion in real estate. Today, she strives to help others achieve their home buying and selling goals.

Caroline enjoys working with people and is determined to find the right home for each of her clients. Every day is something new and brings a different challenge that fuels her passion for problem solving.

“I’m a nurturer and helper by nature,” says Caroline. “I love helping my clients find their perfect home to suit their lifestyle.”

When Caroline is not working, she can be found playing outside with her four children, watching sports, or exploring the beautiful upstate outdoors.
